It Takes a Village of Good to Thrive!

How can a business be built on kindness and expect to thrive? Simple, you find like-minded entrepreneurs and professionals to learn from and support.

As I ventured into building a business with a profit margin measured by “kindness” versus sales volume, I sought out organizations able to compliment my mission. One of these is the Better Corporation for Good (BCFG) (https://benefitcorporationsforgood.com/). BCFG is “building a community of purpose-driven businesses that are creating meaningful change in our world”. One aspect of this is BCFG’s certification. Achieving the certification provides tangible evidence of being serious about making a positive impact for people and our planet, while making a profit. For this reason, I was thrilled to have BCFG’s “stamp of approval” and earn their certification.
